Good professionalism!
Actually, my order was sent incorrectly. I received a slightly different product from what I had ordered. I reached out to XP-Pen customer service to express my concern, and they responded promptly and courteously! They provided compensation for the mistaken order and even sent a small gift in the form of a tote bag! I appreciate their professionalism very much!
As for the tablet, this is my first time using an XP-Pen, and I find it to be very lightweight and comfortable to use. So far, I am satisfied with this product. Thank you!

Light and portable
They said it need a month to be received because they need to send my order directly from china. But I got mine around a week. The tablet is really light and I love how it can be used wired or wirelessly depends on need. The pen is light and comfy to grip. I hope this tablet can live long, thank you so much for making a super cute colorful graphic tablet!

My second order after Deco LW, but unfortunately, product is received 10 working days since the order, my first order was only 1 working day.
Bluetooth (without dongle) works in both Windows and ChromeOS (113.0.5672xxx)
