2 Step Return Process

Step 2: Ship the item back via the cheapest shipping to assigned place.
Graphic tablets/Graphic displays:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days upon receipt of the device.
Products must be in like new condition with no signs of customer abuse.
Original sales package and all items included must be returned to receive credit.

Return with quality issues
Please provide following information within 30 days (from date of purchase) to request a return/refund:
A. Product serial number (on the back of the unit);
B. Product order number;
C. A video or some pictures that can show the problem clearly.
Return without quality issues
A. If it is brand new without opening, then return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer within 30 days (from date of purchase).
B. If you are not satisfied with the product you bought or if you have some other subjective views after using, 10-20% depreciation and return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer within 30 days (from date of purchase).
